Munsen's ®

While Mothership thrives on myriad visions of its implied setting generating a believably diverse galaxy, I'll sometimes reuse brands and companies across modules to create a sense of cohesion and corporate hegemony, and as an easy shorthand for those drawing the connections.

Munsen's are a corp that manufacture basic, essential products used in engineering, shipbreaking and the like, as well as in daily life for people in those fields, all of them packaged in largely identical cans.

I picture them like the logo you see in every hardware and DIY shop, the kind some folk swear by for their reliability simply because of how ubiquitous they are. "Does what it says on the tin" etc. From a game design standpoint, an item that explains itself and suggests potential uses within the body of its own name is very useful for the minimalism and low wordcount of a MoSh pamphlet.
